Deputies seized computer hard drives and thumb drives, a cellphone, digital tablet, router and other electronic items, according to the sheriffâs office.
Michael J. Volz, 69, of Bethel Twp. was taken into custody. Heâs facing three counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor in Miami County Municipal Court.
Additional charges are expected after all the evidence is processed, according to the sheriffâs office.
Volz pleaded not guilty in court on Friday. His bond was set at $200,000.
His next court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday.
